Each piece is made to order and artfully and spiritually crafted with the size, threading and life path number that you've provided us in your order. Please see the processing times below:
- 7-21 business days for all orders as these are made to order products
- Up to 21 business days for all custom orders
Please note that pieces are generally processed much faster than the times stated above. Business days excludes weekends and holidays.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been mailed. Once your package has shipped, it is now in the custody of the Mail carrier. If you experience any of the below situations, please file a claim with the United States Postal Service.
- Items that read delivered on the USPS tracking system but has not been delivered
- Mis-delivery due to incorrect address information
- Package is received damaged or is lost, stolen, or items missing
If packages are returned to us, there will be a re-shipping fee to ship again.
